She'd told him it was her dream to be proposed to on the beach. So after seeing my photos from Brina and Rafael's proposal at Hansar, he knew it was the perfect setting.
Three months and countless emails later, the big day came! Unfortunately the weather had other plans on the day, which forced us to have the set up inside. And although not everything went to plan, he still got to spend the evening having dinner and surprising such a beautiful woman!
I arrived early to capture the set-up of Sébastien's many months worth of planning. Fortunately the downpour got lighter as the afternoon turned evening...
I think the dinner set up the staff at the Hansar created was beautiful either way, I mean what girl wouldn't be happy with a table surrounded by flowers and candles and more flowers?!
Their table was on the second floor of the Hansar restaurant, the H-Bistro and had this stunning view overlooking Bophut beach!

When the sun went down I managed to get some photos of the full table set up, there were rose petals around the table in a heart shape, and candles all around it too, simply STUNNING!
Meanwhile, Sébastien and Céline had arrived and I tried my best to hide out while they enjoyed a few cocktails before coming to get seated at the table, while taking photos of them, of course. To be honest though, Céline noticed me a few times (maybe I just looked like a crazy stalker-woman?!) and Sébastien told her I must have been a reported for the local paper!
Then the time came, the moment we'd been waiting for!! Céline was completely surprised, but so happy!
What a gorgeous reaction! She so deserved this though, such a beautiful person inside and out!
Then Sébastien had also planned fireworks to go off after he had proposed as another surprise (what a guy!) to complete the evening with another happy moment :)
We all enjoyed the beautiful fireworks by The Firework Shop for a few minutes.
Then I left them to enjoy the rest of their dinner together as a newly engaged couple!
